Here is another time capsule for sale, a pristine 1990 Mazda 626. With less than 80,000 km on the car, this car appears to be in incredible condition inside and out. A sort of silvery brown exterior with a brown interior, it is powered by a 2.2-liter engine with an automatic transmission.
Although it may not seem spectacular, this was the ubiquitous style for family cars at the beginning of the 1990s. How many of us spent our childhoods (or adulthood’s) in one of these, or a similarly equipped Honda Accord, Subaru Legacy, Nissan Stanza or Toyota Camry? It was the coming of age for the Japanese family sedan and one look at that interior immediately transports me back.
