Another day, another amazingly well maintained mundane car. The Sable was the workhorse of the Mercury brand in the early ’90s and somehow this 1991 Mercury Sable has survived untouched and not weathered. With 71,000 km on the odometer, it has half of the kilometers as yesterday’s Tercel, but that’s still a good chunk of mileage kilometerage for a car to remain this immaculate.
The front light bar that runs the length of the car hasn’t yellowed, the rear fender skirts haven’t rusted, the interior is still that specific light blue every car of that era seemed to come in. What a flashback trip.
